Renewal searches were done in both film and artwork for the years 1967 and 1968 There were no listings for the title in films and no listings for Monogram in artwork. There's no evidence of continuing copyright for the film or materials pertaining to it.
This work is in the public domain because it was published in the United States between 1929 and 1963, and although there may or may not have been a copyright notice, the copyright was not renewed.
