  • I believe the display of the Oscar statuette in the photo meets the requirements of de minimis as the award is not shown in either great detail or close-up.
  • A search for renewals was done at copyright.gov using "Motion Picture Daily" as the title. There were no results; there's no evidence of continuing copyright on the material.
