English: At sea aboard USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) Dec. 6, 2002 -- Signalman 3rd Class Tiffany Culereth from Bronx, N.Y., observes ships in the area through binoculars called “Big Eyes.” The aircraft carrier is underway in the Atlantic Ocean for Tailored Ship Training Availability (TSTA). TSTA has specific training events designed to incrementally enhance the ship’s operating proficiency and gradually integrate the air wing with the ship.
