English Defence League (EDL) este o mișcare britanicǎ de extremă dreaptă[1][2][3][4][5], care se opune la ceea ce este considerat a fi o răspândire a islamismului, legea Sharia și extremismul islamic în Marea Britanie.[6][7][8][9] La multe dintre demonstrațiile lor, membrii EDL s-au ciocnit cu cei de la Unite Against Fascism (UAF).[10][11]
