Čeština: Bernard Ferdinand Lyot (* 27. února 1897, Paříž – 2. dubna 1952, Káhira) byl francouzský astronom. Na nedatované fotografii neznámého autora zachycen před svým úmrtím (zástava srdce) dne 2. dubna 1952 ve věku 55 let, kdy se vracel z expedice za zatměním Slunce v Súdánu.
English: Bernard Ferdinand Lyot (* 27 February 1897, Paris - 2 April 1952, Cairo) was a French astronomer. An undated photograph by an unknown author shows him before his death (cardiac arrest) on 2 April 1952 at the age of 55, returning from a solar eclipse expedition in Sudan.
