List tvoří žerďový zelený pruh, široký polovinu délky listu se žlutým kruhovým polem přeloženým čelně letícím černým netopýrem, a sedm střídavě bílých a červených kosmých pruhů. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
