«Флаг города Лесосибирска представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище белого цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, в центре которого расположена широкая вертикальная полоса зелёного цвета (в 2/5 длины полотнища), на которой изображена жёлтая ель, при этом полоса поддерживается по сторонам восстающими чёрными соболями с красными глазами и языком».
