Українська: Прапор району Могилів-Подільський район Прямокутне полотнище з співвідношенням сторін 2:3 з жовтою і синьою облямівкою поділене по горизонталі малиновою смугою у вигляді літери "М" з червоною облямівкою на верхню білу та нижню синю частини з співвідношенням 11:1:3. У центрі верхньої частини жовте стилізоване шістнадцятипроменеве сонце та покладені під ним навхрест шабля і пернач.
