Флаг Первомайского сельского поселения Кировского района представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, состоящее из двух горизонтальных выгнутых вниз полос: красного (вверху) и зелёного цветов (максимальная ширина красной полосы — в центре полотнища — 3/5 ширины полотнища, минимальная — у краёв — 2/5 ширины полотнища). Поверх соединения полос от края до края полотнища — направленная к древку яблоневая ветвь жёлтого цвета с плодами жёлтого цвета. В центре красной полосы — летящий к древку сокол белого цвета с поднятыми вверх крыльями, с клювом и глазами чёрного цвета. В центре зелёной полосы — амфора жёлтого цвета, по сторонам от неё — две грозди винограда жёлтого цвета.
