Čeština: Vlajka obce Horní Stropnice, okres České Budějovice. Bílý list s červenou růží se žlutým semeníkem a zelenými kališními lístky a se dvěma červenými trojúhelníky. Žerďový, s vrcholy v horním rohu a uprostřed žerďového a horního okraje. Vlající, s vrcholy v dolním cípu a uprostřed vlajícího a dolního okraje listu.
