English: Members of the U.S. Department of Agricultureâs (USDA) Council for Native American Farming and Ranching (CNAFR) at the USDA headquarters in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, June 20, 2018. CNAFR was created to advise the Secretary on ways to eliminate barriers to participation for Native American Farmers and Ranchers in USDA programs. USDA Photo by Lance Cheung.

Eastern Region University of Arkansas School of Law Indigenous Food & Agriculture Initiative Assistant Director Erin Parker. Eastern Oklahoma Region Former Oklahoma State Representative / Farm and Ranch Owner Jerry McPeak of the Muscogee Creek Nation. Eastern Oklahoma Region Choctaw Nation Executive Director of Agriculture Shannon McDaniel of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. Navajo Region Navajo Agricultural Products Industry Crop Manager Roselyn Yazzie of the Navajo Nation. Southwest Region Farmer / Rancher Gilbert Louis III of the Pueblo of Acoma.
