Patrizia Paglieri

Patrizia Paglieri (born 15th of May 1966 in Bahamas) is a professional chef and a well known television personality.

Biography

Patrizia Paglieri moved from Bahamas to Sanremo, Italy in 1968 and lived there until 1993, when she moved to Bucharest, Romania.

She inherited the passion for cooking from her grandmother and mother who taught her italian cuisine (,,In my case, culinary art is a family tradition. I got the passion from my grandmother, from whom I learned to cook all sorts of dishes: ravioli, octopus salad, stuffed zucchini flowers, pasta, vegetable salads, zucchini salads, desserts. When I grew up, I started cooking with my mom. From her I gained new knowledge and learnt new, more complicated recipes''.).

Professional Experience

Her professional experience started with her first restaurant, Al Casolare (2000-2008). It was a family restaurant, the first one in Romania with closed-loop system. The restaurant was close to the television studio Media Pro, which made her cook for famous people such as: Pavarotti, Andy Garcia, Liza Minelli, Demis Roussos, Gianni Morandi and so on.

She was the chef and associate of one of the most well known italian restaurants in Bucharest, Oster Gioia (2009-2013).

She was the chef and associate of Ristorante Patrizia Bucharest (2013-2014).

In 2014 she was the chef and associate of Fior di Latte in Bucharest.

She was the chef and associate of Restaurant Poesia. Her concept made it one of the most prestigious restaurants in Romania.

From 2018 to 2019 she was the consultant of Restaurant Livada in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

In 2021 she became the consultant of the restaurant Social People Club in Cluj-Napoca.

She is the consultant of Hotel Mandachi Restaurant in Suceava, Romania.

She is the face of Grand Cinema Digiplex VIP Baneasa in Bucharest. Also, she created the signature menu for the VIP Lounge.

Filmography

Patrizia Paglieri is the first woman to be a jury in MasterChef Romania (2014-2016). She was a fair and demanding jury and people at home adored her for the passion that came to light in every broadcast.

In 2017, she participated with her son, Francesco Paglieri in a TV Show called Ferma Vedetelor in Romania. The team grew rapidly in the hearts of the viewers through their carismatic behaviour.

In 2018 she had her own cooking show on Paprika TV, ,,Ca la mama acasa''.

From 2019 until present she is invited as a jury in a cooking show, Chefi la Cutite.

In 2021 she participated with her son, Francesco Paglieri in a reality show, Asia Express. Their team was one of the most appreciated by the public because of their strong bond and funny acts.

In 2021 she participated in a morning show, ,,Dimineata cu Noi'', on Kanal D. She was the chef of the TV series and was presenting spectacular and easy to make recipes for the people at home.

Patrizia Paglieri has one son, Francesco Paglieri. She raised him by herself and they have a strong bond.

There are multiple TV shows where they participate together as a team.
