Eduard Stoica (not to be confused with Elena Stoica, probably his mother) is an important figure in Romanian pop culture.

He was born in 1988 in Bucharest, where he formed his ideeas.He had numerous conflicts with the local authorities and with Parlamentul Pletoniei, which is suspected of trying to kill him on 15th December 2006, in Jack. On that occasion, Eduard was intoxicated with poisoned beer and wine and ended up in a hospital, in coma.

Despite the allegations of sexual malconduct, Scoica says that he is a very normal person with a normal sex life.

This has been rejected by Tom Beron, who claimed that Scoicissimo tried to rape him rectally.
